Prominent new outlet for hospice store
There's a new look and a new venue for a well-known name on Peel high street.
Hospice shops has moved its outlet to a corner plot on Michael Street, just along the road from its previous unit - and 25 years after the charity first opened a store in the town.
Second-hand shops around the Island play a key role in Hospice Isle of Man's fund-raising efforts, bringing-in around £400,000 each year.
The charity says a dress sold for £20 in one of its shops will fund just one hour's care in the in-patient unit at the Braddan facility.
