Permission sought for new estate off Bretney Road
23 new homes could be built in Jurby if planning is given the green light.
Hartford Homes wants to create a new estate on land at Ballagaraghyn Farm.
The developer is proposing a mix of two, three and four-bedroom properties - six would be classed be affordable housing.
Landscaping work would be included as well as nearly 2,900 square metres of open public space.
A new road would be created to connect the development to nearby Bretney Road and improvements carried out to footpaths to allow access to neighbouring areas.
The application is pending consideration.
