Property company wants to build in Glen Vine
Planning permission is being sought to build three new properties on the site of a former museum.
PNJ Properties Limited wants to construct three dormer cottages on Main Road in Glen Vine.
The site used to be home to the Manx Motor Museum.
The homes would be ‘in keeping with the area in size, style, wall and roof finishes’ and constructed with ‘very high levels of insulation’ to reduce energy consumption and lower carbon emissions.
PNJ Properties Limited add they’re also designed to be ‘compact moderately priced dwellings’ for either young people as starter homes or those who are retiring and looking to downsize.
The application is currently under consideration – you can find out more HERE.
