A new manager of Ramsey Cottage Hospital has been appointed by the DHSS.
Janet Grib has lived in the Isle of Man since 1990 when she took up the role of Clinical Nurse Manager of Newlands and has nearly 40 years' experience in the field of nursing and healthcare.
She has spent the last three years in the Social Services Registrations and Inspections Unit and prior to that was Clinical General Manager of Noble's Hospital's Medical Elderly Directorate.
Ms Grib (pictured) says she is looking forward to contributing to the Ramsey and District Cottage Hospital's future development, for the benefit of the people of Ramsey and the Island as a whole.
