A new hotel will be officially opened in the North of the Island today.
Entrepreneur Trevor Hemmings is behind the Ramsey Park Hotel, which is the first to be built in the Isle of Man for many years.
As well as all bedrooms boasting views of the town, there is also a 50-seater restaurant which will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
It's expected it will be at least a three star facility - the official grading will be decided early next month when an assessor pays a visit.
The hotel will opened today by Chief Minister and Ramsey MHK Allan Bell, and he'll be joined by various other invited guests.
General Manager Steve Dawson says there has already been a great reaction from the public, especially when it came to filling job vacancies.
