Site adjacent to new Isle of Man Ferry Terminal
Plans for a new hotel to be built next to the Isle of Man ferry terminal in Liverpool have been unveiled.
Property firm Peel Waters is behind the project
The developer's unveiled the site as 'an opportunity for a global hotel operator to purchase a freehold plot with access and outline planning already secured for hotel use.'
It's adjacent to the terminal, which is due to come into operation later this month, and is also a short walk from the new Everton football Stadium at Bramley-Moore Dock.
It sits within Liverpool Waters, a 30-year development project, which is home to thousands of residents, hundreds of businesses and the cruise liner terminal.
Peel Waters has brought this area to market and appointed commercial real estate company Colliers to find operators and partners for development.
It will also become part of the Princes Dock neighbourhood, which is home to cafes, bars, restaurants and hotels alongside residential buildings.
