David Ashford replaces Chris Thomas in the role
The new chair of the Housing and Communities Board says he intends to 'drive forward' the work of Chris Thomas who held the position previously.
Douglas North MHK David Ashford was appointed to the role this week by the Chief Minister.
The job will see him work with the board and the Housing Division of the Department of Infrastructure to develop proposals for a national housing association.
