Rent books will soon be a thing of the past for Douglas Borough Council's 2,500Â housing tenants.
Wallet-sized plastic rent cards are to be issued, as a means of identification for people making payments at the town hall.

'Essential' that school staff recognise the signs of an allergic reaction
'High' risk of wildfires over the next week
'Come From Away' to continue after cast member injured during rehearsal
'Parks in worse state then when I started' says Peel commissioner
