Commissioners and DoI content with scheme
A new initiative to share a housing waiting list in the east of the Island should increase choice for those looking for accommodation.
Braddan Commissioners, Garff Commissioners and the Department of Infrastructure have now joined forces, mirroring a scheme already in place in the south of the Island.
It's claimed the initiative will improve efficiency and consistency when assessing application.
Clerk to Braddan Parish Commissioners, Colin Whiteway, says the scheme uses cloud-based technology and those searching for housing have already been contacted:
