Chief Minister Tony Brown says the appointment of a new Civil Service Commission will not affect the day-to-day running of the body.
New legislation allows a commission of up to five members.
Chairman John Houghton, MHK, and company director Ian Jarritt have been re-elected, and are joined by new members Dudley Butt, MLC, human resources consultant Charles Wilson and charted accountant, Geoff Crowe.
Mr Brown (pictured) says the changes won’t be noticeable:

'Too early to tell' what caused fire
Firefighting foam may have killed fish in Silverburn River
Additional road closure for TT filming ahead of MGP qualifying
'Knives and sharp implements' left outside charity shops
