Infrastructure minister stands by 2021 finish date
The infrastructure minister is confident the new landing stage in Liverpool will be completed on time.
Ray Harmer has been on location today in the city, at a ground breaking ceremony at the site.
The £38 million development is due to be completed in July 2021.
