Haywood responds to criticism of Department of Infrastructure Plan in Tynwald
The infrastructure minister says she believes the Liverpool Ferry Terminal project has been a success.
Michelle Haywood was responding to criticism of the annual Department of Infrastructure Plan that was put before Tynwald today (10 December), which passed with 23 votes to six.
The ferry terminal project was late and over budget, and has cost the taxpayer between £70-75 million to date.
