Not yet accepting new referrals from GPs
A new service for ME, chronic fatigue syndrome and long Covid patients on the Isle of Man is expected to be fully open within four weeks.
That’s the pledge from the Department of Health and Social Care.
Funding for the project was allocated in April – since then a multi-disciplinary team has been set up which includes three clinicians, two therapists, a clinical psychologist and a GP.
The service had a soft launch in September and is expected to be fully open within four weeks.
