There are new moves to try and rescue the financially troubled meat plant at Tromode.
A new board of executive directors has been appointed for the Fatstock Marketing Association.
It will be chaired by former president of the Manx National Farmers' Union Graham Crowe, and includes Pentti Christian who, earlier this year, attempted to get his own meat plant up and running.
