Jon Joughin takes his seat
The Island's newest MHK will be sworn in ahead of the start of Tynwald today (Tues)
Jon Joughin won last week's Douglas East by-election, meaning he will take the seat vacated by Brenda Cannell, who stepped down recently.
The swearing in will take place at 9.30am.
