Roads Policing Unit will be manned by experienced cops
Nobody should come to the Isle of Man for the TT Races and not go home.
That's the message from police who are hoping for a fatality free fortnight when the motorcycling festival returns later this month.
A new road safety campaign ‘Miss Me’ has been launched which asks locals and visitors to consider the realities of dangerous driving or riding.
Inspector Neil Craig is in charge of the Roads Policing Unit – he says due to the Covid enforced break many of the officers tasked with keeping the Island safe have never policed a TT before:
