Lifeboat Operations Manager hails new arrival 'Neil Crowe'
The Isle of Man's newest lifeboat is perfect for the Manx coastline and community, according to the Lifeboat Operations Manager at Port Erin Lifeboat Station.
A naming ceremony for the Atlantic 85-class 'Neil Crowe' took place at the weekend, with the vessel replacing 'Muriel and Leslie', which has served Port Erin since 2006.
The model is the third-generation rigid inflatable boat in the B-class of inshore lifeboats.
