
A familiar face of the Manx Wildlife Trust for several years is leaving Manx shores to take up a national post in the UK.
Marine Officer Eleanor Stone will be known to many through her many appearances not just on Manx Radio, but also in the papers, magazines and even on television.
She's also been the face of the trust on marine matters at shows and open days and is well known for her research work on the Island's seals and with Manx Basking Shark Watch.
Eleanor says whilst it was a tough decision for her to leave the Island, she's decided to accept a role as marine planning officer for the wildlife trust in the UK:
