North Quay in Douglas may have a new restaurant and bar if planning is approved.
Kay Associates Ltd has applied to demolish the property at 22/23 North Quay and replace it with a restaurant, cafe and bar on the basement and ground floor levels.
The first and second floors would have apartments, with two storey apartments based on the third and fourth floors, as well as a rooftop garden.
Plans also provide for parking.
