The Department of Health has launched a new online self-care service.
It's called the "Health-e Directory" and the aim is to provide accessible information at the touch of a button.
Health Minister David Anderson describes it as a one-stop shop for help, support and advice on how to keep healthy.
He says the scheme will help people look after themselves and it'll save money in the long run: (play audio clip)
