43-year-old pleads guilty at Douglas Courthouse
An Onchan woman will be sentenced in the New Year after admitting perverting the course of justice.
Joanne Fenton, of Royal Avenue West, appeared at the Court of General Gaol Delivery where she entered a guilty plea.
The court was told the offence centres around a house sale and was committed on 12 June.
Social enquiry and psychiatric reports have been requested before the 43-year-old is sentenced on 12 January; bail continues.
