The newly appointed education minister says she's 'relishing the challenge' to improve education and is joining the Council of Ministers at a 'critical time'.
Daphne Caine was placed in the role yesterday evening after Julie Edge was sacked.
She admits there are areas her department oversees which have 'struggled' in recent years.
Speaking live on Manx Radio Breakfast, Mrs Caine set out her priorities, now she's in charge:
