Police are appealing for witnesses to two assaults in a Douglas nightclub at the weekend.
They both happened in the early hours of Sunday morning at Paramount City on Queen's Promenade.
At around 2am, on the ground floor, a woman was punched in the face and dragged by her hair to the floor, where she was kicked several times.
Her attacker is described as a white woman, in her early 20s, of slim build and with long dark hair.
Half an hour earlier, at about 1.30am, a woman was standing with friends by the windows on the first floor when she became involved in an argument with a man who punched her arm, causing bruising.
The man is described as in his 30s, of stocky build and wearing a green coloured jacket.
There have been no arrests in connection with the incidents and police say they would like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the assaults.
If you can help you are asked to ring police headquarters on 631212 or the anonymous Crimestoppers number, 0800 555 111.
