Fashion retailer Internacionale will close its Island store within the next two days.
It’s been confirmed it will shut its doors in Strand Street in Douglas by Friday at the latest, with nine people set to lose their jobs.
Last month, 18 outlets in the UK were closed after the company was sold as part of a pre-pack administration.
However, a large number of Internacionale’s 132 stores and 1,550 jobs were saved.
The popularity of online shopping has been cited as the main reason for the company’s downturn.
