A Rushen MHK seeking re-election in September’s General Election says he has no ambition to become Chief Minister in the near future.
Phil Gawne, who was first elected at a by-election in May 2003, is seeking a third term in the House of Keys.
If successful, the Infrastructure Minister has vowed to continue working in a team and says compromise is important.
