Former chief minister discusses infrastructure projects
There appears to be a 'lack of certainty regarding straight forward contracts' for redeveloping key infrastructure in the south.
That's the view of former Chief Minister Tony Brown.
The former Castletown MHK discussed the redevelopment of Castle Rushen High School.
Plans for the site have been in the pipeline for years, but have been slow to come to fruition.
