Former chief minister discusses infrastructure projects
There appears to be a 'lack of certainty regarding straight forward contracts' for redeveloping key infrastructure in the south.
That's the view of former Chief Minister Tony Brown.
The former Castletown MHK discussed the redevelopment of Castle Rushen High School.
Plans for the site have been in the pipeline for years, but have been slow to come to fruition.
Mr Brown says the school itself isn't the only issue:

Warning over flare disposal after amenity site fire
Suspended sentence for 56-year-old in cannabis supply case
Owner of a block of flats fined for failing to meet fire safety regulations
Review of taxi fares extended to assess impact of Middle East conflict
