Moorhouse raises concerns with enterprise minister
Compensation will not be given to businesses which have ended up with surplus stock due to the cancellation of TT.
The enterprise minister told the House of Keys this week that other support is available instead.
The Economic Recovery Group will provide financial help for businesses - predominantly in the travel and tourism sectors – until the end of June.
Laurence Skelly said schemes were not based on compensation but confirmed businesses can request an individual review of their circumstances.
However Arbory, Castletown and Malew MHK Jason Moorhouse queried what help was available for those who didn't meet the criteria:
