Issue a growing concern over the UK, says CMI
Age discrimination against the over 50s in the UK jobs market, which the CMI believes is a growing problem, isn't an issue in the Isle of Man.
That's the view of Age Concern Chief Executive Officer, Maureen Cowbourne.
A CMI survey found that just four out of ten UK employers were open to employing people aged between 50 and 64.
But Mrs Cowbourne says she hasn't come across older workers facing similar resistance from employers here:
