War veteran Hector Duff disappointed at lack of Manx commemoration
It's a huge shame the Isle of Man isn't formally commemorating VJ Day today.
That's the view of Island war veteran Hector Duff.
After a ceremony to remember VE day, Mr Duff says he was surprised no official event was organised for today's commemoration of the end of World War Two:
