
The big shake-up of government announced last week does not offer any immediate cost savings - but will increase efficiency.
The position was confirmed by Chief Minister Tony Brown when he was questioned in the House of Keys today (Tuesday) over what the restructuring of government will achieve.
Mr Brown told members the reshuffle of departments was not about saving money, but delivering better services to the public.
