'Laughter therapy' benefit to goat-yoga combo
An exercise craze which has been sweeping the globe arrives on the Island this weekend.
Goga is quite literally yoga with goats.
The idea? Participants peform traditional yoga positions while the small animals roam around them - and sometimes get actively involved with the poses.
Classes are being held at Isle of Man Goats in Kirk Michael over the next couple of months, beginning today.
Footage from the farm has been proving popular online.
