School is introducing new measures
Mobile phones have been banned from one of the Island's secondary schools.
St Ninian's will introduce the new measures from September.
Manx Radio's seen a letter written to parents of both the lower Bemahague school and St Ninian's upper school.

In it, headteacher Chris Coole said students will now have to turn phones off and put them away before entering the school building.
They then shouldn't be 'seen, heard or used' at all in school during the school day.
He says the move follows feedback from parents, staff and education professionals.
Manx Radio has contacted the school and the Department of Education for comment.
