Whole Island will benefit from entertainment
There will be no entertainment directed towards Bushy's beer tent on the southern end of Douglas promenade at this year's TT.
Economic Development member Rob Callister has dismissed suggestion it has anything to do with a previous dispute over trademark rights.
At the end of last year, the DED threatened to sue Bushy's over its use of the 'TT' initials, however the situation has since been resolved.
Mr Callister says he's keen to see the whole Island benefit from this year's entertainment:
Man who launched attack on van driver sentenced
RNLI's last serving Mersey class boat visits the Island
Double victory for Island's heritage railways
Demolition work to get underway on Douglas high street site
Pan-Island Skills Test returns to the Isle of Man
