Infrastructure Minister says routes are for everyone to use
The infrastructure minister says there are no plans to pose further restrictions on the type of vehicles that can use green lanes.
Ray Harmer was speaking in response to a question from Garff MHK Daphne Caine in the House of Keys today, who wanted to know whether off-road motorcycles and 4x4s should be allowed to use these routes.
Mr Harmer confirmed his department monitors the condition of the lanes, and will continue to do so, particularly when the weather is poor in autumn and winter.
However, he insists these paths are for everyone to use:
