Education Bill won't address issue
There is no policy on religious schools on the Island - and there is currently no intention to introduce one.
That was confirmed in the Keys this morning (Tues 23) during a series of brief exchanges between questioner Bill Shimmins MHK and DESC Minister Graham Cregeen.
In a final supplementary question, Mr Shimmins pressed Mr Cregeen to clarify if the Education Bill would address what he described as "a sensitive issue" with an appropriate policy and urged the minister to give more than a one-word answer . .
