Driver checked over by paramedics after vehicle leaves road
A driver avoided serious injury after their vehicle left the road at Brandywell.
The emergency services were called to the crash on the Mountain Road on Thursday evening.
The only occupant of the vehicle had managed to free themselves by the time fire crews arrived, and were checked over by paramedics at the scene.
The fire service ensured the vehicle was made safe for recovery, standing down after 30 minutes at the scene.
