Wholesalers GE Whites say due to a serious accident on the M6 motorway, the vehicle carrying the Sunday papers didn't arrive in Heysham in time for the Ben my Chree sailing.
Whites say a reduced supply of titles will be sent to all outlets tomorrow morning.
