Some services have returned to Martin Ward since its closure
The health minister says she doesn't want to pre-empt a delivery timeline for the reinstatement of the rehabilitation service on Martin Ward at Ramsey and District Cottage Hospital.
Claire Christian was asked for an update on the status of the ward in Tynwald today (19 May).
The ward was shut for several months after extensive issues were found in October last year whilst teams were tackling a pest infestation, but some services have since returned.
A decision on the status of the future delivery of the rehab service is expected by the end of June, but the health minister couldn't confirm the timeline after that decision:
