The local authority has agreed to provide £195,000 for the creation of a new skatepark at the site, along with BBQ points, benches, seating and lighting.
A waterplay area is also planned to open in spring this year, with total investment in Noble's Park expected to total more than £300,000 in 2018.
Work on the skatepark is expected to begin this summer.
