Health body turned to social media to find nurses this weekend
​Staffing issues at Noble's Hospital are ongoing, and not just in play when there is high pressure on the service.
That's according to Manx Care's Director of Nursing, Paul Moore, who says high vacancy numbers are a common occurance.
This weekend, Manx Care turned to social media to ask registered nurses to come into work.
But Mr Moore says due to a general lack of staff, there's not a lot of resilience in place for when the hospital is particularly busy:
