Manx Care says the extra staff from across help it cope with the increase in cases
Noble's Hospital becomes the busiest major trauma centre in Britain during TT, according to Manx Care.
Each year, extra staff are brought over from the UK to make sure it's got the capacity to deal with the increase in cases.
Senior staff at the hospital say this TT has already been one of the busiest of the past 20 years, needing to muster four trauma teams simultaneously at times to deal with incoming patients.
And Interim Director of Operations, Oliver Radford says the scale of the cases it deals with during the motorcycle festival surpasses those in major UK hospitals:
