Hector Duff included in New Year Honours for second time
A Manx D-Day veteran awarded an OBE in the New Year Honours admits he didn't think he'd be included on the list for a second time.
Hector Duff previously featured in the 2013 honours, when he received the British Empire Medal.
The latest medal recognises his work with children, veterans and the wider community on the Isle of Man.
Mr Duff, who celebrated his 100th birthday last year, says the OBE wasn't the award he was put forward for:
Planning application for onshore wind farm still being developed
Motorcyclist suffered fatal chest injuries in crash
Trial for trio accused of producing Class A drugs to Island
Too early for 'direct action' over cost-of-living concerns says chief minister
