
Douglas' North Quay is progressing nicely but there'll still be more to do once the construction work is finished.
The Douglas Development Partnership's Chris Pycroft (pictured) says the next stage will be to promote the area as the perfect place to spend a sunny afternoon.
He says people are slowly discovering that for themselves, but it will take time (audio file attached):
