Additional funds will help cover unexpected expenses
The Chief Minister insists more money was needed for the construction of a new ferry terminal in Liverpool, to cover unexpected costs.
Tynwald approved an increased budget for the project at the July sitting.
The extra £6.5m means building the new facility could cost up to £26.8m.
