CoMin consider scheme following report on active travel
Following calls for heritage trail bridges to be reinstated, the Council of Ministers says there isn't sufficient funding available.
A report on active travel recommended serious consideration be given to the proposals.
However, the government has called the Island's fiscal position 'challenging'.
