Investment in pool to improve access for all
Graham Cregeen admits disabled facilities at the NSC have fallen below the standard expected.
However, the education, sport and culture minister insists the significant investment to refurbish the swimming pool will improve access for all.
More than £4 million is being spent on the project, which includes work on the changing areas to enhance the experience for those with special requirements.
Mr Cregeen says other improvements are still being made even at this late stage:
