Target date in early August not met
There's been a delay to the formal handover of keys to the NSC pool hall.
In an interview with Manx Radio last month, departmental member for education, sport and culture Lawrie Hooper revealed the keys were due to change hands on 2 August.
It's understood this date has not been met due to the scale of the project, and the transfer will now happen early next week.
Staff will be trained and the pool tested once the handover has taken place.
When the facility then opens, it will be without the flume slides.
