DoI says mixed-use scheme already ruled out
A 'number of options' have been considered around the refurbishment, or replacement, of Tramway Terrace on Douglas Promenade.
It's owned by the Department of Infrastructure and, earlier this month, was at risk of being demolished over concerns that it was unsafe.

Minister Tim Crookall was asked about his department's plans for the site by Garff MHK Daphne Caine in Tynwald this week.
He said one option ruled out was a mixed-use scheme:
