Hopes and Dreams nurseries have been open for key workers
Any reopening of Island nurseries will have to be a slow and staggered process.
That's from Gary Pierce, owner of Hopes and Dreams, which operates three nurseries and two pre-schools on the Island.
Today, the Council of Ministers is due to make a decision on the potential reopening of nurseries to all children, which could take place as soon as Monday (18 May).
Mr Pierce says whatever the announcement though, they have a careful process to go through:
