Director of Nursing discusses recruitment efforts
Manx Care's Director of Nursing says figures which show staffing levels fell below safe standards every month last year highlight the recruitment effort needed for the Isle of Man's health sector.
Statistics confirmed nursing levels in the Emergency Department frequently fell below the desired 85% mark, anything below which is considered to be a risk to safe and high quality care.
